South Sydney detectives are appealing for information about an incident in Rosebery last weekend.
Just before 7pm on Saturday 28 February 2026, emergency services were called to Gardeners Road after a 32-year-old man suffered head injuries after allegedly being assaulted. He remains in hospital in a critical condition.
Officers attached to South Sydney Police Area Command are appealing for anyone with information about the incident, or who may have dashcam vision of the incident or were in the area a few minutes before and after 7pm.
