Police have interviewed two men following altercations in Noble Park and Keysborough this week.
Officers responded to reports of a dispute in a shopping centre carpark on Cheltenham Road about 5.30pm yesterday.
During the dispute, it is alleged a 48-year-old Keysborough man clung onto the boot of a moving Mercedes Benz for a short distance.
The man was not injured and the vehicle fled prior to police arrival.
The alleged driver of the Mercedes Benz, a 20-year-old Campbellfield man, today presented himself to a police station.
He was interviewed and is expected to be charged on summons with traffic offences including reckless conduct endangering life, reckless conduct endangering serious injury and drive in a manner dangerous.
This morning, police responded to reports of an unlawful assault at a business in Noble Park.
It is alleged a the 48-year-old Keysborough man was assaulted at the premises on Tower Park Drive about 11.30am.
He sustained minor injuries.
A 48-year-old Epping man was interviewed and has since been released pending summons.
It is believed the parties are known to one another.
