Police probe serious crash in North Parramatta

Two men have been hospitalised following a serious crash in Sydney’s north-west overnigh, NSW Police sayt

Just before 10.15pm (Wednesday 7 November 2018) emergency services were called to Pennant Hills Road at North Parramatta, after reports a Hyundai Tucson and a Hyundai Getz crashed head on.

The male driver of the Getz, was freed after being trapped for some time. He was treated by paramedics for multiple fractures before being taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.

The male driver of the Tuscan, suffered minor injuries. He was treated by paramedics and taken to Westmead Hospital where he will also undergo mandatory testing.

Officers from The Hills Police Area Command attended, and with the assistance of the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit, have commenced inquiries into the crash.

Police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with dash cam footage or other information that may assist the investigation, to come forward.
