Police responding to fatal motorcycle crash at Seven Hills

A man has died following a motorcycle crash in Sydney's north-west.

Shortly after 9pm today (Wednesday 16 March 2022), emergency services were called to the intersection of Blacktown Road cross of Bungarribee Road, Blacktown, following reports of a crash.

Police have been told a motorcycle and a Grey Subaru Coupe collied before the motorcycle hit a telegraph pole.

Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command with the assistance of NSW Ambulance paramedics, rendered first aid to the rider.

The rider was unable to be revived and died at the scene. He is yet to be formally identified.

The driver of the Grey Subaru Coupe – a 44-year-old woman – was uninjured and was taken to Blacktown Hospital for mandatory testing.

A crime scene has been established and police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A brief will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
