Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Byrnestown

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal single-vehicle traffic crash in Byrnestown on April 26.

Just after 6pm, a Toyota Landcruiser travelling on Gayndah Mount Perry Road has left the road and rolled down an embankment.

The driver and sole occupant, a 46-year-old Gayndah man, died at the scene.

Anyone with relevant information or dashcam vision of the vehicle prior to the crash is urged to contact police.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations remain ongoing.
