Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Upper Mount Gravatt

A 42-year-old Eight Mile Plains man has passed away in hospital following a traffic crash in Mount Gravatt last month.

On May 16 the man was travelling northbound along Logan Road when his vehicle collided head on with another car travelling south through the intersection with Norton Street around 10.20pm.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 20-year-old Durack man, was not injured in the crash.

The 42-year-old man was treated by an off duty paramedic and transported to the Princess Alexandria Hospital where he remained until he passed away on May 31.

The Forensic Crash Unit investigation is ongoing.
