A 45-year-old local man died following a single vehicle crash at Steiglitz on the Gold Coast.
At around 6am today police were advised of an overturned vehicle in waters off Walkers Jetty Road, which runs off Cabbage Tree Point Road.
The vehicle was located semi-submerged and on its roof. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Investigations by the Forensic Crash Unit are investigation.
