The Forensic Crash Unit is appealing for witnesses following a serious traffic crash in Glen Esk last night, July 19.

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 6pm, a black 2011 Toyota Yaris and a white 2011 Toyota Camry were travelling south along the Brisbane Valley Highway when the Yaris left the road and rolled.

The driver, a 23-year-old Wattle Camp man, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash, particularly anyone with relevant dashcam vision, to come forward.

Officers would also like to speak to anyone who saw the two vehicles travelling between Toogoolawah and Glen Esk prior to the incident.
