Police are appealing for public assistance and will be searching today for missing Abbottsford man Owen.
The 28-year-old was last seen walking along Victoria Street about 9pm on Wednesday 5 October.
He has not been in touch with family or friends since.
Police and family have concerns for Owen's welfare due to a medical condition and it is out of character.
Owen is Caucasian in appearance with dark hair and tattoos covering his arms, body and legs.
He was last seen wearing a puffer jacket and all black clothing.
Local police with SES will be searching along the Yarra River from Abbottsford to Richmond.
An image of Owen has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
