Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy Lachlan.
The 11-year-old was last seen on Baileyana Street, Frankston South on 16 February.
Police hold concerns for Lachlan's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Lachlan is about 145cm tall with a slim build and dark brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a red and black Chicago Bulls t-shirt with matching shorts and red Nike runners. He may be riding a gold scooter and carrying a Champion satchel bag.
Police have released an image of Lachlan and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Frankston Police Station on (03) 9784 5555.
