Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Rosebud man Jake.
The 21-year-old was last seen leaving an address on Cloverly Avenue on Wednesday 25 January.
Police and family have concern for Jake's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
An image of Jake has been released in the hope someone will come forward with information about his current whereabouts.
Jake is Caucasian, about 190cm tall, of thin build with blonde hair and has a fair complexion.
At the time, Jake was wearing a white shirt, dark blue jeans and black Adidas shoes.
