Police are appealing for public information to help locate missing man Matthew.
The 41-year-old was last seen in Moonee Ponds on 2 November about 1pm.
Matthew is described as 175cm tall, of slim build, has brown eyes and short dark curly hair.
Matthew was wearing a red and black shirt with KFC restaurant insignia, black hooded jumper, black pants and black shoes.
He is a regular user of buses and trains however police believe he may have taken a tram into Melbourne's CBD.
Matthew is known to frequent Moonee Ponds and Mernda.
Police and family have concerns for Matthew as he lives with a disability.
An image of Matthew has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
