A man has been arrested in relation to online harassment of a Member of Parliament.
It will be alleged that a 33-year-old Reynella East man posted numerous times on social media about the person, which was in breach of a stalking caution issued to him earlier this year.
Yesterday (Friday 6 November), police went to the man's home and arrested him, charging him with stalking and harassment.
He was issued an intervention order which enables police to take further action if the order is breached.
The man was bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 7 December.
