Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wantirna man Shant.
The 43-year-old was last seen leaving a Milpera Crescent address on foot abut 4pm yesterday.
Police and family have concerns for Shant's welfare as he has autism and requires a carer.
Shant is described as being about 180cm tall, with tanned skin, short black hair and was last seen wearing a green shirt and black shorts.
Police have released an image of Shant in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Shant is urged to contact Knox Police Station on (03) 9881 7000.
