Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Darcy McCulloch.
Darcy was last seen on 5 February in the Werribee area.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Darcy is known to frequent the Werribee, Geelong and Melton areas.
Police have released images of Darcy in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
He is described as 175cm tall with a thin build, fair complexion and brown shoulder-length hair.
Anyone with information about Darcy is asked to contact Footscray Police Station on 8398 9800.
