Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Hayden.
The 15-year-old Sebastopol boy was last seen in Trentham on 9 October.
Hayden is known to frequent Horsham, Werribee and Geelong.
He is described as 172cm tall with a pale complexion and light brown hair.
He was last seen wearing black cargo pants, a black hoodie, a baseball cap and carrying a black bag with orange sides.
Police have released an image of Hayden in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Daylesford Police Station on 5348 2342.
