Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager, Shaye.
The 14-year-old from Dookie was last seen at an address on Edwards Street in Wangaratta about 2pm on Monday, 4 April.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Shaye is described as about 162cm tall with dark long hair, medium build, a love heart tattoo on the inside of one of her fingers on her left hand and a love heart tattoo on her right ankle.
Police have released an image of Shaye and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Shepparton Police Station on 03 5820 5777.
