Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Kathleen.
The 83-year-old, who has dementia, was last seen on Hawthorn Road in Forest Hill about 5.45pm on Friday, 4 November.
She is described as about 165cm tall with brown eyes and grey hair.
Kathleen was last seen wearing white pants, a white top and brown glasses.
Police and family are concerned for Kathleen's welfare due to her age and diagnosed dementia.
Anyone who sights Kathleen or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Doncaster Police Station on (03) 8841 3999.
