Police are appealing for public assistance to locate an elderly man missing from Sydney.
Hubert Hammond, aged 85, was last seen on Yurong Street, Darlinghurst, about 5.50pm yesterday (Wednesday 3 September 2025).
Officers attached to Kings Cross Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Hubert's welfare due to his age and as he lives with dementia.
Hubert is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 175cm tall, with brown eyes and of thin build.
He was last seen wearing a black 'ASICS' branded hooded jumper, navy pants and orange shoes.
Hubert may be in the Artarmon or surrounding areas.
