Police are appealing for public assistance to locate man missing from the Central Coast.
Xingan Yang, aged 75, was last seen in Arunta Avenue, Kariong, about 1pm yesterday (Wednesday 1 April 2026).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Xingan's welfare due to his age and medical conditions he lives with, including dementia and does not speak English.
Xingan is described as being of Asian appearance, about 175cm tall, thin build with grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a long sleeve shirt, blue flannelette, long grey pants and a blue/grey wide brim hat.
He is known to frequent the Kariong area.
