Police seek help to find missing boy at Macleay Island

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 13-year-old boy missing from Macleay Island since late last week (Friday December 23).

The boy (pictured) is believed to have left a Kate Street address on foot around 1pm and may have travelled via ferry to the bay islands or to the mainland bayside area.

He has not been heard from since and police hold concerns for his welfare due to his young age.

The boy is described as Asian in appearance, is approximately 155cm tall with a slim build, with short black hair and brown eyes.

Police appeal to the boy or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact them. Anonymous reports can be made.
