Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing boy, D'arcy Wallace

The 12-year-old Mornington boy has not been seen since Sunday (31 March) at 3pm.

He was last seen riding a red mountain bike on the esplanade in Mornington, riding towards Mornington Pier.

The boy regularly frequents beaches and estuaries in the Mornington and Mount Martha area.

Police and family members hold concerns for D'arcy's welfare due to his age and his disappearance was out of character.

He is described as about 165cm tall, a solid build with wavy sandy brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen wearing a green Puma hoodie, navy track pants and black runners.

Anyone who sights D'arcy or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact Mornington Police Station on 5970 49100.
