Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 25-year-old man reported missing from Bellemere.
Djaanan Hoy (pictured) was last seen at an address on McKean Street in Caboolture at around 3am today and has not been seen by friends or family since.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Mr Hoy is described as having an olive complexion, is approximately 183cm tall, of a medium build with short black hair and brown eyes.
He may be travelling in a blue, 2010 Hyundai Getz, with Queensland registration 557-REH (similar to pictured).
Anyone with information about Mr Hoy's location is urged to contact police.
