Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 56-year-old Edmonton man reported missing from Cairns City on Tuesday (September 6).
Peter Powell (pictured) was last seen at approximately 2.30pm on Mulgrave Road and has not made contact with anyone or been seen since.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Mr Powell is described as Aboriginal, approximately 175cm tall with a proportionate build, grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a multi-coloured shirt, black shorts and blue shoes.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
