Police are investigating a break-in and assault at Davoren Park and have released a computer-generated image of one of the suspects.
About 10.10pm on Tuesday 20 October, the victim was asleep in his Ashton Road, Davoren Park home when three men forced their way inside and assaulted him, causing serious injuries which required hospital treatment.
The trio of suspects then fled the scene in company with a fourth offender.
The suspects were all wearing dark clothing with hooded jumpers and balaclavas.
They were last seen running north on Ashton Road with one suspect heading east on Searle Road.
Police suspect this was not a random incident.
