Police seek help to find missing man at Mid North Coast

Police are appealing for help to find a man missing from the state's Mid North Coast since yesterday.

Troy Anderson, 44, was last seen at his home in Allgomera about 2.00am (Monday 23 December 2019), when he told family members he was travelling to 'Golden Hole' campground near Fisherman's Reach to catch crabs.

When he didn't return, concerned family contacted police.

Mr Anderson's car was located at the campground and local police began a search with the assistance of SES, Marine Area Command, Dog Squad and Polair.

Police recovered his vehicle, however Mr Anderson has not been located.

He is described as being of Caucasion appearance, about 175cm tall, a thin build, with short light grey hair, tattoos on his arms and shoulders.
