Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Delacombe man Owen Parkinson.
The 44-year-old was discovered missing from a premises in Woolway Court about 6.45am today.
He is described as having a solid build, 173cm tall with short brown hair.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a disability and medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Owen in the hope someone knows of his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Owen or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
