Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Xiaoyi Lu.
The 69-year-old was last seen on Palace Court in Kings Park about 7AM.
Xiaoyi is visiting Australia from China and speaks minimal English.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue tracksuit pants.
Police have released an image of Xiaoyi the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Xiaoyi is urged to call Caroline Springs Police Station on 9361 4700.
