Police seek help to find missing woman at Murarrie

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 51-year-old woman reported missing from Brisbane's south yesterday.

Luzanne Van Der Nest was last seen on Alexandra Place at Murarrie around 11:30am on Wednesday, January 10, and has not been heard from since.

Family and police are concerned for her welfare due to her medical condition and the disappearance being considered out of character.

She is described as Caucasian, with a proportionate build and red hair, and is 165cm tall.

She was last seen wearing a long hooded black puffer jacket, a black skirt, no shoes and carrying a brown paper reusable bag (pictured).

She may appear to be disorientated.

Police appeal to Luzanne, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
