Police are appealing for public assistance to find missing Bundoora woman Moira Coulson.
The 45-year-old was went missing from her Lawrence Court home sometime between 9pm on 2 August and 6am on 3 August.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to the length of time she has been missing as she has a medical condition that requires regular medication.
Investigators have released an image of Moira in the hope someone knows her whereabouts.
She is described as 150cm tall, with a solid build, blue eyes, blonde hair, and a fair complexion.
Moira is known to use public transport and frequently travels to the Melbourne CBD, Mordialloc and bayside suburbs.
