Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Sean.
The 46-year-old was last seen on Archer Avenue in Sunbury about 10.45am on Saturday, 22 October.
Police and family have concerns for Sean's welfare due to a medical condition.
It is believed Sean may be travelling in a 2000 maroon Holden Acclaim sedan with the registration QB0470.
An image of Sean has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Sean is described as about 182cm tall, of slim build with black hair.
He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and navy track pants.
