Police Seek ID of Suspected Bank Robbery Perpetrator

Investigators are renewing an appeal for public assistance to identify a man, who is suspected of committing two aggravated robberies on suburban banks in July 2007.

The man was captured on CCTV walking into a business on the morning of Friday 13 July 2007.

Investigators suspect this is the same man who committed the robbery a short time later at the Commonwealth Bank on North East Road, Klemzig.

On the morning of Monday 16 July 2007, investigators believe the same man attempted to rob Bank SA at Magill. He handed a note to staff demanding money, staff activated the security screens and the male ran from the branch.

The man is described as Caucasian, would now be aged in his 40's, approximately 175cm tall, with a receding hairline (now likely to be bald).
