Northern Territory Police are seeking public assistance to locate 29-year-old Roy Young who absconded from supervision while at Royal Darwin Hospital (RDH) yesterday.
Mr Young was being treated at RDH for a medical condition and was placed on a general leave permit with supervision handed to RDH staff.
Around 7:20pm yesterday, the hospital contacted NT Corrections after Mr Young could not be located on the grounds.
Police are investigating the incident and urging any members of the public who have information, or know the whereabouts of Mr Young, to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. Please quote reference 10364101.
