Police Seek Information On Assault In Alice Springs 16 December

The Northern Territory Police Force is calling for information in relation to an assault that occurred in Alice Springs last night.

Around 10:10pm, the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre received a report of an assault at a licensed venue on Todd Street in the Alice Springs CBD.

It is alleged a 40-year-old male pushed over a 42-year-old male, resulting in the victim falling backwards, hitting his head and losing consciousness for a period of time. The victim and offender are known to each other.

The victim was conveyed to Alice Springs Hospital by St John Ambulance.

The offender left the location and remains outstanding.
