Police seek information on Unlawful entry in Alice Springs 22 February

Northern Territory Police are calling for information following an unlawful entry in Alice Springs overnight.

Police were called to an address in Gillen where residents awoke to find offenders inside their home just after 2am.

The group fled the scene when they were disturbed by the occupants.

Members of Strike Force Viper located two youth, aged 12 and 14-years-old in the area and allegedly in possession of items stolen from the home.

The two were taken into custody and are currently assisting police with inquiries.

Investigations to identify others involved in the unlawful entry continues.

Police urge anyone who has CCTV or dash cam footage from the area of Nicker Crescent or surrounding streets from 1:30am until 2:30am today, to contact them on 131 444 or report it anonymously via Crime Stoppers and reference PROMIS number 9570537.
