Police seek witnesses after explicit sexual act in Windsor

Prahan Police are appealing for public assistance after a man performed an explicit sexual act towards a man in Windsor earlier this month.

Investigators have been told an unknown man entered a licensed venue on Chapel Street about 3pm on Saturday 8 January.

Investigators have been told the man approached a younger man asking for help opening a door to the toilets, when the victim noticed the offender performing an explicit sexual act.

The victim walked away, and the offender left the scene.

Investigators have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is perceived to be of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, a medium build, with brown facial hair, and brown hair with a receding hairline.

He was wearing a fluoro shirt, dark-coloured trousers, and a face mask.
