Police seek witnesses, crash investigation, Boronia Heights

Investigators from the Forensic Crash Unit are appealing for witnesses and dashcam vision following a crash in Boronia Heights last night, April 12.

Initial investigations indicate a white Toyota Hilux was travelling north on Mount Lindsay Highway when a man riding a trail bike struck the side of the vehicle at the intersection of Green Road around 6.15pm.

The 29-year-old rider from Marsden was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital suffering critical injuries.

The utility driver, a 55-year-old Forestdale man was not injured.

Anyone with information, or relevant dashcam, CCTV footage of the area during that time are asked to contact police.
