Police seek witnesses to Dallas hit and run

Fawkner Highway Patrol are seeking witnesses to a hit and run collision in Dallas in January which left a male pedestrian with serious injuries.

It is understood a white car travelling west on Barry Road collided with a pedestrian crossing Barry Road at the bus stop, just east of Doy Street on 3 January about 9.20pm.

The driver failed to stop at the scene and was last seen travelling west along

Barry Road.

The pedestrian, a 64-year-old man, sustained a broken ankle and finger and was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
