Forensic Crash Unit are investigating a two-vehicle traffic crash in Caboolture this morning, 21 May.
Initial investigations indicate that around 8.25am, a Nissan Navara utility was travelling westbound on the D'Aguilar Highway and collided with a Nissan tip truck travelling in the opposite direction.
The male driver of the utility sustained serious injuries and was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
The male driver of the truck sustained minor injuries and was transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
Police are appealing to anyone with relevant information, CCTV or dashcam vision to come forward.
Investigations are ongoing.
