Moorabbin Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for witnesses following a suspicious house fire in Beaumaris on Tuesday night.
Emergency services were called following the discovery of a house on fire on Oak Street about 10.30pm.
Initial enquiries indicate that the fire was deliberately lit, and the investigation is ongoing.
