Police Update 1: Sex Offences, Diamond Valley

A man has been charged with additional sex offences following an appeal launched last month by detectives from the Sunshine Coast Criminal Investigation Branch.

A further four women have reported to police they were allegedly sexually assaulted on separate occasions between January 2023 and August 2025, by a manworking as a massage therapist.

A 58-year-old Diamond Valley man has been charged with an additional eight counts of sexual assault and three counts of rape.

He is due to appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on 6 May.

Police believe there may be further potential victims and are urging anyone with information to come forward as investigations continue.
