Police have charged a man following a fatal traffic crash at Bald Hills on Sunday, April 13.
It will be alleged around 9:40pm, a Hyundai Imax and a Honda Odyssey were stationary on the shoulder of the right lane on Gympie Arterial Road when a Toyota Hiace van collided with the two vehicles from behind.
A female occupant of the Honda Odyssey, died at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota, a 36-year-old Kallangur man, has been charged with one count of dangerous operation causing death, as well as two counts of grievous bodily harm, drug driving and drug possession offences.
He is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow, April 17.
