Police update: Aggravated robbery in Darwin City

Northern Territory Police have arrested three males in relation to an aggravated robbery in the Darwin CBD early on Saturday 14 May 2022.

Detective Senior Sergeant Brett Cottier said, "Detectives from the Serious Crime Squad arrested an 18-year-old man in Darwin the following day. He was charged with aggravated robbery and bailed to appear in Darwin Local Court on 26 May 2022.

"Investigations led to a second offender, aged 18, handing himself in to Wurrumiyanga Police Station on 16 May. He was charged with aggravated robbery and bailed to appear in Wurrumiyanga Local Court on 18 May.

"The third offender, aged 16, handed himself in to Palmerston Police Station on 17 May. He was charged with aggravated robbery and bailed to appear in Darwin on 23 May 2022."
