Police update: Armed robbery, Indooroopilly

A 30-year-old The Gap man has been charged in relation to the alleged armed robbery of an Indooroopilly business last month (November 7).

At approximately 7.50pm at a Lambert Road business, it will be alleged a man threatened a female staff member with a firearm and demanded cash.

Investigations, including information from members of the public, led police to locate a 30-year-old man, who was subsequently taken into custody.

He has been charged with armed robbery, unlawful possession of weapons, possession of utensil (glass pipe), unlawful possession of suspected stolen property (mountain bike) and contravention of a domestic violence order.

The man will next appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court on January 30.
