Northern Territory Police have charged a man in relation to a death in Malak on Tuesday.
A 28-year-old man was arrested shortly after the alleged assault, where a 42-year-old man was declared deceased at the scene.
The Major Crime Squad has since charged him with:
- Murder
- Breach of bail
He was remanded to appear before Darwin Local Court today.
