A 45-year-old South Townsville man has been charged in relation to a fatal crash at Gregory River on May 1.
He has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death whilst adversely affected by an intoxicating substance and drive UIL.
He is expected to appear before Proserpine Magistrates Court on June 27.
