Major Crime Division has finalised its investigation into the recent assault complaints and deaths of two men at an aged care facility in Nedlands.
No evidence of criminality has been found. The family members of the involved residents, facility management and Commission of Aged Care Quality and Safety have been advised.
Police will prepare reports for the Coroner on the deaths of the two men.
