Property Offence Charges At Hervey Bay

Maryborough Child Protection Investigation Unit detectives have charged three teenagers following multiple property offences committed in the Hervey Bay area on 9 July.

Following investigations, three teenagers were arrested and charged with the following:

A 16-year-old Maryborough boy was charged with nine offences, including enter dwelling with intent by break at night, stealing, and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

He is due to reappear before Hervey Bay Childrens Court on 5 August.

A 15-year-old Kawungan boy was charged with 11 offences including enter premises and commit indictable offence by break, unlawful use of motor vehicle, and stealing.

He is due to reappear before Hervey Bay Childrens Court on 2 September.

A 15-year-old Urraween boy was charged with five offences, including unlawful use of motor vehicle, and stealing.

He is due to reappear before Hervey Bay Childrens Court on 22 July.
