Queensland's Top Honored at 2025 Property Awards

"From the homes we live in, to the spaces and places that shape our cities and underpin our economy, the Queensland property industry is about so much more than bricks and mortar," Ms Caire said.

"It is the people behind the projects that deliver social and economic prosperity for Queensland, and these awards are all about showcasing and recognising that incredible talent.

"There was fierce competition following the success of our inaugural awards last year with outstanding nominations across the six categories, reflecting the achievements of industry here in Queensland.

Property Council Queensland Division President Bradley Norris congratulated all nominees and said the standard of the award recipients reinforced the strength of the Queensland property sector.

"The judges had their work cut out for them in deciding the winners with this year's recipients, including Alycia Meikle from Youngcare who won the People First Award for her commitment to providing housing for people with disability," he said.

"Innovation was also a key theme across the nominations, with ground-breaking work being done to pioneer new approaches to road surveying recognised as Damian Ling from RPS took home the Pathfinder Award."

Mr Norris said the awards also recognised the positive impact of the late Matthew Schneider, with the Rising Star Award for young property professionals bearing his name.

"We can be confident our industry is in good hands with such a high calibre of up-and-coming industry professionals nominated for the Rising Star Awards. This year's winner, Caitlin Clarke from Dexus, is a shining example of the talent of our future industry leaders," Mr Norris said.

"Team of the Year went to Cbus Property's Queensland Development Team. Industry stalwart Peter Hyland from Urbis was awarded the Industry Impact Award for his ongoing contribution to the sector at home and abroad."

Ms Caire said the success of this year's awards showed the passion and commitment of the local property sector.

"This year's awards were a resounding success and the attendance, nominations and support shown by the property sector is a testament to their dedication and resilience.

"I look forward to seeing the awards continue to grow and have no doubt they will be a cornerstone event in Brisbane's event calendar," Ms Caire said.
