Raptor Squad raid five properties allegedly seizing drugs and cash following an investigation into an alleged drug supply network operating across the Illawarra.
In March 2026, the Raptor Squad commenced an investigation into a 27-year-old man and associates, allegedly operating a drug supply network from Albion Park.
Following inquiries, about 6am today (Friday 1 May 2026) Raptor Squad executed search warrants at homes and a business in Albion Park Rail and Dapto.
During the search, detectives allegedly seized a large amount of steroids and peptides, an amount of cannabis and almost $5000 in cash.
A 29-year-old woman was arrested in Albion Park Rail and taken to Lake Illawarra Police Station, where she was charged with possess/attempt to, anabolic or androgenic steroidal agent and possess/attempt to, prescribed restricted substance.
She was granted conditional bail to appear at Port Kembla Local Court on Wednesday 20 May 2026.
During the search of an Albion Park Rail business, it was identified that the business owner was operating without a licence and was subsequently shut down.
Inquiries are ongoing.
